Applying the mask to the date / time moves it by one hour

When I append a time object (eg SysTime) to text in HI, the result is different when I view it only as an unformatted value using {V} and when I use a mask, eg. {dd.mm.yyyy HH: mi: ss} - the mask moves it an hour forward.
