Connection between D2000 and Excel

Hello,
Our customers need to get output from system in MS Excel, so I need to get some values from D2000 and display them in Excel. Is there any possible connection between D2000 and MS Excel ?

In fact, there are several options.
Older way via DDE Server or preferably our D2000 WorkBook AddIn which is a plugin for MS Excel.
