When installing D2000 version 11 on WinXP, the installation ends with an error message.
TeamViewer access is possible, please let me know when action on your side would be possible. There will be probably problem in the registers.
Good day. The D2000 V11 installation does not officially support Windows XP.

As for version 11, Installation Requirements are basically the same. Windows XP is not supported any more (as it is unsupported by Microsoft and therefore it is not considered to be safe - it contains known and unpatched vulnerabilities).
Windows Vista is officially also unsupported, so Windows 7 is the oldest supported version.
