HI crashes after logging with credentials

Hi everybody!

I’m really excited about using this solution, and greatly simplifying my life but, I cannot manage to get it up and running completely.

I followed the installation process for setting up D2000 on a raspberry as close as I could but whenever I log into HI with default username and password it crashes. Any thoughts on this? Below the log.

On a side note, I’m able to log to the thin client web application and see the simulations without any issues. The ip set by the DHCP is 192.168.100.143 and the D2000 system control UI doesn’t show anything as the tutorial shows, its blank in deed.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Some of the names of objects used in opening object are too long. The best solution is take updates of D2000 V12.00.061.

Hi!

Thanks Lubo, So far I have written both the RPI_D2000_V12.00.061u5.1 and the RPI_D2000_V12.00.061u5 on my Raspberry Pi. I got the same exception with both images.

For the client, I have only used the D2000_Client-12.0.61.u5-x64-win (is the only version I have)

Do you recommend using an older image and windows client? If so, how can I get those?

Well, we analyzed problem. There is a problem when you open a graph with your regional settings. We are looking for a way to solve the problem.

Hi! Finaly I’m back.
Try to execute the command
reg query “HKCU\Control Panel\International”
and send as the result
Exmample:
d:\d2000\D2000_V12.0.61\D2000_EXE\bin>reg query “HKCU\Control Panel\International”

By me the problem is that you are using a time format that exceeds our 12-character length limit. such as “10 : 34 : 25 pm”

There ya go:

HI!
Thank you for for help with idenfication of problem. We are going to solve it.
You are using time “Hora lagra” as “hh:mm:ss tt” = “09:16:17 a.m.” = 13 charactres.
If you want use D2000 HI imedietly. Change your time format in the regional settings to shorter string. For example: “hh:mm:ss”.
